RAF Coastal Command Irvin original?

Seller states this is Original RAF Irvin, haven't contacted buyer as I'd prefer a non Coastal command example, but just curious if it is original, as the pockets certainly aren't although the zip sliders look 'period'? Pocket zip brass looks too clean to be period? Plus leather piping is mismatched colour? Original jacket modified?

and it looks to 'used' to be the modern Irvin jacket maker

Funny kettle of fish... but it does look like, for a change, it really is an original that's had pockets added. Usually they're repros and the 'added pockets' are a load of old bull, but that seems to have been done quite well.

Yes Mike is correct. It is an original CC jacket in which the sleeve zips have been relocated to form pocket zips. This jacket was on the market sometime ago and did not sell as it was overpriced.
