True, but I no longer buy original B-3s as they are not really robust enough to wear and I have no room to display them either!

a rare bird, indeed. i havent a depot b-3 offered anywhere since about 25 years ago. the last 30s aaf shearling that i saw was a b-2 on greedbay, some 6-7 months ago. i cant imagine that this one is even remotely wearable.

It's not in bad nick for its age. What's been eating the collar strap, I think that's a bit more than just 'wear'? !

if left unprotected in an basement, attic or loft, mice will nest in fur jackets. they chew on them to to remove some material and move it to the nest. they are known to eat leather as well. ditto other four leggers.
