Today it's minus 10 c. Clear blue sky. Great flying conditions. And a perfect day for the Irvin (Aces High/Pre War)
And the 1936 Pattern boots cam in handy too.

Yes, the Irvin and the RAF boots are perfect for that weather. Today when I woke up, it was -21 C here and not supposed to warm up much. I think I will follow your example later when I go for a walk with the dog.

yowza, it looks like we are in for the freeze also. good thing i got my surf in this morning. it was not too bad with air temps at around 35 and water temps in the mid 40s....just like costa rica, hahahaha. oh, and, looking good soren.

Yes the were. Unfortunately they don't make them anymore. Good quality. All they need is "the saddle seam", to be correct.
