Painted H&L Block named to VPB-28 pilot

Pilot was deployed in the Pacific in early 1945 and saw action with VPB-28. Jacket is in great condition. I just wish the label was there. Lining is in beautiful condition which is extremely rare for an H&L Block

The H.L Block jackets are some of my favorites. Really nice dark goatskin, scalloped pointed pockets. Nice to see the painted insignia. Always thought it's a shame no ones tried to tackle these jackets as a repro.
