but just some time ago, i saw an A-2 on ebay with the same patch in color. Jacket ided to a refered unit of the 389th heavy


so, have someone an explanation ???

I think "PIZDOFF" is most likely the "nose art" carried on the aircraft he was with , now as to it being the 303rd or 389th that is the million dollar question, I would lean towards the 303rd via the other persons papers etc , but does anyone on the forum know how to find the aircraft that had this art on it ???????????????????????

I've tried some of the "nose art" sites and so far nothing from either Group........................................

Time will tell and hopefully someone on the forum can piece it together ...........................
