No idea on the rifle, but the tropical ruck Sack is often overlooked because of the similarities to post VN packs. This one was short lived and will sell all day long at 250- Cost me 15-

After a little Googling I'm not sure it's an SVT-38 but it's similar in appearance. The German G-41 and G-43 are also similar but I still can't say for sure. Any visible markings on the metal?
