All the hand tinting of German/Swiss leather begs the question - what is the likely cost and wait time if ordered?

    Re. lining Colour.
Been lookijng through photo's of USL jackets and this is the darkest I can find. Probably a good
    match for DD's repro..

Not as bad as you might think, since I can get these hides a little cheaper than my Italian and Japanese hides, the hand finishing will keep the price the same.

    Hand tint: $1049.00

Current turn is about 4-6 weeks at the moment.

    Ciao for now,

    DD

Yeah I think my monitor settings are a bit too bright... I edit the images and look at them on the computer and they look right, but I see the result on my phone and they seem awfully dark. I see what everyone else is seeing now.

    Thanks for posting these 2BM2K!

Really cool! I wasn't doubting the color was correct, just had not seen it so was interested to know more about it. I have not seen a USL in person.
Actually I was considering this same color of cotton sateen for the lining on my 37J1 jackets a few years back. I now believe that the original liner color was a bit lighter on the 37J1 jackets though.

Once again congrats. That hide looks like a real winner!

    Regards,
    Jay

    John,

It will be interesting to see what the price increase will be. I have no intention of raising my prices for some time yet, so maybe it will translate to more sales.

Do you have any recent pics of your Bronco Dave and the leather you've currently been working on?

Magnificent work Dave, kudos. Would this concept jacket be up for sale perchance? If yes, would you post measurements. The nuances of color and shading taketh me sir.

Greetings to you Dave, and thanks for posting these measurements. The jacket is ever so slightly on the small side for me. I'm really happy to see that you are creating such beauty.
