I think they go in this order, Aviators Monarch are the first two and the Knopf is the third contract, the first two come with blue snaps and the other contracts are the natural blackened ones. here is the list from my blog...

Yep, those Aviators Clothing N-2As with the brown or N-2 fur are the rarest. You would be lucky to find one a year offered on ebay.
