Years ago, probably 1987-90 or so I used to buy calendars from a business called Alkmar Associates (based in North Bergen, NJ if I remember correctly). They produced a calendar called "Lucky Ladies" which featured nose art (primarily 8th Air Force stuff). In addition to this, they produced a poster exclusively of jacket art--I am guessing maybe 48-60 photos. Some are common and others I have never seen anywhere else.
That was when I was in college and in multiple moves the calenders and poster were misplaced or disposed of.
Does anyone remember these guys? Maybe Charles DiSipio knows? Cherry Hill is far south of North Bergen, but is is still New Jersey and the collector world was pretty small back then.
Just curious and would lover to get my hands on another of those posters.
