Lucky coin zipper puller

I found a Chinese lucky coin and I would like to use it as a zipper puller - but I'm not quite sure how it should be attached. Do you have any photos that could provide some guidance please?

Here's another. this is a California Sportswear MIL-J-7823 (AER) from about 1947. i believe the cuffs have been replaced and there was some residual white paint on one sleeve. all in all, a great jacket.

The leather zipper puller is threaded through the the coin, provided it's one with a whole in the middle that is, and a knot tied at the end to prevent the coin from coming off.

Or you'll need a small beaded chain, like the small ones from a pair of dog tags, as it can be clipped/unclipped and therefore attached through anything you want:

I attached to my jacket using old photos ( to the hook).
You can make a leather cord like me and tie it to a puller.
