Thank you for the fast response!! I found a 1970 Alpha in my closet. It looks like it was used and re-patched many times. I can see where the was shoulder rank(s), squadron & or wing patches and a shoulder (airframe) patch before receiving the final 4 big blocks of green velcro. Shoulders and both sides of the chest. Nice sturdy jacket.
