L-2 jacket

I saw a cool L-2 jacket (similar to Buzz Ricksons 1945 American Pad & Textile model) in a vintage store yesterday. It was in pretty good shape too. I wish it was one or two sizes bigger (who ever wore a 34 anyway?). Is $120 a good price for this jacket?

That sounds like an excellent price for a very rare jacket. If nothing else you can resell it at a likely profit.

I don't know for sure what year it was made. I will go back to the store tonight and look at the tag. I might buy it. It has that style of tag (black embroidered not printed), the leather tab (for oxygen I think) olive color nylon with olive wool blend liner, that Crown spring loaded zipper on the arm pocket and the the nylon is in perfect shape. The olive wool cuffs have a couple of holes but not too bad.
