I found the person responsible for this jacket. I tracked him down on eBay. I shot him questions as to availability, sizes and prices.
His response :
"Hi Kevin, Thanks buddy! My personal FB page is:http://www.facebook.com
About the custom made L-2 flight jacket, please visit :http://mimurayoko.blogspot.tw/
There were many styles available. I'm doing the custom orders now and schedule might be available on the late of this year.
Thank you and have a nice weekend! Best, Birdie"

So it is on a custom order basis for now.
He is a very nice guy and replies quickly on eBay.
He has the US COUNTRY STORE that sells the U.S, Army / Air Force shoulder iron on meatballs.

Welcome to the forum. I like the look of your nylon jackets. What does a custom L-2 run, if you don't mind my asking?

cheers,
Matt

Hi Matt,
Thank you very much for your kindly reply!

I own a shop in East Taipei, Taiwan, selling workwear & biker clothing,
So I just have couple hours to make flight jacket at midnight but I really do enjoy it,
Military style is my favorite since I was 15.

Special thanks to Administrators & W. McCOY
I'm very happy to join this forum!

Best,
