    Hello everyone.

Long time lurker and first time poster.

Can anyone recommend a tailor/seamstress in the UK to do a competent job on replacing the knits on a 1965 MA-1?

The shell of the jacket is pristine but the knit parts have seen serious moth damage over time. Thinking of getting the wool replacements from MASH and having them installed.

Just wondering if anyone has a go-to source for such a repair.

    Thanks for any sage advice.
    Gramballard.

Cobra Leathers in Swindon have done loads of nylon work for me including several knit replacements (L-2A, L-2B, MA1 & N2B) that have attracted very positive evaluation by fellow collectors. Quality work :D
