How common were patches/name tags/rank and nose art on A-2's

I am very fond of all the above mentioned "decorations" but at the same time I like to keep
everything looking authentic. From what I can tell the percentages of each look a little like
this (starting with the most common to the least common) :

1) Nametag : 48 % of all jackets (with gold leaf and/or white paint inprint 7%)
2) AAF decal or patch: 39% of all jackets (boullion numbered AAF patch 2%)
2) Squadron or Group patch : 33 % of all jackets (both on one jacket 5%)
3) Painted on wings and/or rank tabs: 22 % of all jackets (painted on leather tabs 18%)
4) Bomb and/or kill tally : 17% of all jackets
5) Nose art on back : 15% of all jackets (high quality Varga or Petty girl with text)
6) Stencil text inside or outside: 5% of all jackets

Now, collour is another thing, l think that russet was the most common collour maybe 2 out
of 3 jackets were russet and the rest in seal.

So a "generic A-2 jacket" (if there is one) would look a little like this:

Collour russet with a name tag, an (numbered) AAF decal/patch, squadron patch
