From this label, could anyone give a date for when these A-11's would have been issued ? Thanks chaps.

Gone, but not forgotten.

The contract date was FY 1953 .... C.H.Masland & Sons were the first suppliers of the sage, A-11D trousers.

Thanks very much David - from the weight I'd guessed they must be insulated with wool, but I had no idea they were this old.
