This denim jacket is owned by a veteran who was a B-24 Navigator with the 380th BG in WW2, stationed at Fenton Field, Northern Australia. It was painted by his granddaughter. The 5th AF on the shoulder is a cloth patch.

Hey that's a pretty good job !
Denim is a good material to paint on , the only problem would be the lighter colors on the blue , you'd probably have to put in a white "base" to make lighter colors show up better .
