Catalina, exactly what I was thinking - at Duxford a year or two back the operators of one based there was looking for volunteers/ helpers of any age between 16-70 to give a certain amount of hours (can't recall exactly) per month in return for the odd flight inc European air shows! If I lived nearer I would have jumped at it!!
