Yes they are a mix of Dot and Lightning. The seller thinks it's Luftwaffe but I think it's got to British with these zips - they look to be original.

At first sight I thought flight suit or dispatch riders suit but on reflection I'm not even sure it's military it might just be a civi motorcycle all in one

Andrews conclusion is it's not military and is more likely a civilian flight or motorbike suit, so I won't be making an offer on it. Thanks to you all for your interest and comments.
