Looks in really nice shape, early war 2 panel configuration as well. Judging by the measurements I'd say a size 4 jacket.

I used to own this jacket. The zip is a pre-War Dot as the jacket was sold to me with a 1950s zip. Yes it is a size 4 and it was snug on me. It dates to 1940.
