What are your thoughts on this m422a. Lining looks replaced. AAF 1st Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron(Night Photo) Korean Era patch on the breast. Put together?

Lining replaced, cuffs replaced and patch questionable as original to jacket. It sold, so new owner can figure it all out.
