No Carl. They are way oversized. Years ago I had a Alpha replica in size 38 and it was more like a 42. Ask for measurements if you're interested, just to make sure.

i thought as much Peter , but i wanted to make sure , so chaps like us that are a 38 ish really need to look for a 34-36 ??

My 44 is fine in the body fit but sleeves are way too long (tunneling) like jujardin's ...getting them shortened. I like the quality of the materials much more than my 'Vintage' Series B-15s.

The Replica series jackets are far superior to the Vintage series. I can't understand why they stopped making them.
