532nd patch?

Hi,
I am working on getting this patch and wanted your opinion. It is coming from a person that said it was glued in a shadow box with some of his uncles "badges" as he put it. He said he no longer has the other things as it was taken apart some years ago. ??? Well here it is.

It is 6" in diameter.
