I would prefer an old style ELC with the red seams. but the sheepskin on this one looks a little bit too white

This looks like it comes from the same era as my old Aero B-3. I loved it and never should have sold it.

I have the same jacket it's real nice,, nice price too.For a jacket that will not get much use it's a great piece.I'd bite but I don't wear mine.

Why does this 1942 style B-3 have a fictitious 1940 contract number on the label?

So what is the thinking on this "Aero B3"? I know that the contract number on the spec tag does not match anything that i can see on Aero's website. Could this be a non-aero copy?How would they get a aero spec tag like this? still no bidders. Somebody made it and it looks the part of a WW2 copy.
