This is a new one on me,never seen one of these before and quite a bizarre looking jacket with its padded seams???

Appears to be missing a detachable liner which is a shame.

Yeah, I read about the "rubberized plastic bag" but I am still encouraged to get one. The Pacific Northwest gets wet, cold and plain ol' nasty in the winter and an impervious extreme jacket would be handy.

I have had one for a number of years, without the removable liner. A warm coat that keeps the wind and rain off. Mine isn't rubberized, but has a nylon type shell. Seems to breathe OK. A practical work jacket in wet and cold weather.
