Any ideas please who would have worn these,EG what type of Aircraft would they have been used in and also please would they have been badged(any pics available?).

SAC crews, ADF pilots (most often in Northern F-102/F-106 squadrons I believe). Certainly also by Airlift crews.

Yes, I have seen some patched. This heavy suit exists in green and orange and we find a lot of them for sale (principally in green and without patch).
