Military aviation artifacts had an A-2 for sale that have the same patch on the chest.

You should send a message to Dave Hoover who runs the site to ask him if he has more informations about the original owner of the jacket.

Tim, Wow, much thanks for your note and the Image !!!!!!!!! seems like there were a few of these emblems out there , now just a matter of tracking down something more substantial on it, I will be sure to post if I do get anything on it, thanks again !!!
