    Bomber Jacket Photo Project...

What's a Bomber jacket? I thought they were called flight jackets.

    Original Edmund Church M-422a

    It's an original collar.

    Original Willis & Geiger M-422

I also won't be wearing the M-422 as it was pricy. Although at a size 38 it fits, but snugly.

    Original Willis & Geiger M-422

I have short arms, so fits me perfect.

    Original Edmund Church M-422a

I've had this one for a while and it's my regular cold weather wearer. Teeth are a bit detached at the start and the cuffs have some issues. Very comfortable to wear. Vintage dice pull made and added by me.

    Original Willis & Geiger M-422

My most recent acquisition, an original Willis & Geiger M-422, in amazing condition for it's age. Some moth nips in the knits, but otherwise no issues except for a missing button on one of the pockets.

Just stopping by after being absent for a couple of years. Glad to see this navy jacket thread is still going. Lots of nice jackets and great information here. I just acquired an almost mint Cagleco 7823 G-1. The only two things that don't make it 100% mint are stitch marks (that you can...

    Bulova watch and tech manual

I was at the Show of Shows in Louisville, KY this last week and bought this officer's grade Bulova ordnance watch and the teach manual. The manual is a great source of information for navigation, stop and personal watches. Anything on how to work on them, what the information on the back of them...

    G-1 Information

The American Fighter Aces Association does not recognize Driscoll as an ace. They only give credit to the pilot. Same with any WWII or Korean War aces if they had anyone else on board. Case in point are any night fighters that had a R.O. on board.

    G-1 Information

Both had 5 each. I've met Steve Ritchie a few times. He was actually the last American ace in 1972. Hard to believe that we haven't produced an ace in 48 years.

    G-1 Information

There were actually two aces in Vietnam. Randle Cunningham (Navy) and Steve Ritchie (Air Force).
