I am hoping someone could help me identify this what I believe to be a WWII patch either Navy or Marines.

I am looking for the manufacturers, Contracts and Dates for the G-1 Jackets, I have a list of the manufactures and the different series as in 7823, 7823A etc. but need Contracts and Dates, Please Help
