When I am at work and in my Irvin I wear cargo trousers, so I have plenty of pockets. At the weekend, well yes I do miss jacket pockets and my jeans take the strain! But at least, due to all my jackets, my wallet is now rather slim :lol: James.

In my opinion, I think this is the way to go. It is a fantastic jacket in its own right but to get the shape correct for this style it needs to be a touch shorter. Shortening this jacket would just not look right. Good luck and if its any consolation this makes for a very interesting thread...

Eastman sleeve is fuller than an original and the Aero slimmer than the original. Note zip lengths: Eastman longer and Aero shorter than original. This may not be entirely fair as I am sure originals have varying sleeve taper and zip lengths. Cheerio James.
