New Aero B-10

I'm actually thinking about a squadron patch and a name tape. Something from the 9th Air Force or CBI.

Any idea of what you want ? I'm curently leaning toward the 587th Bomb Squadron.

Something 4th FG probably with the fighting eagle. I like this one but would probably want it without the 4th FG text.

Interesting development. We had a delivery of trousers last week, made in a colour we'd not seen before.........the Mill sent the wrong cloth to the trouser maker who turned it into trousers.
Customers obviously love the colour as these have flown out in first few days in stock

The reaction in the factory is that this cloth would be great for Type B-10, I believe a couple of rolls have already been ordered :>)
This colour probably won't be available in a B-10 for a couple of months however as we are stacked up with orders for the Olive Green

Nice looking strides Ken. Are they the same cut as the tweed trousers? I love my tweed ones but could do with some in a lighter weight.

The new B-10 looks really sharp too.

Hi Smithy

Yes same cut, same trouser maker.
Glad you approve of the B-10, it's been off our radar for far too long

Looks like nice work on the patch.. :) I just had this one come in for my Japanese 'Morgan Memphis Belle' A-2 from a talented artist in Serbia:

Hmmmmm.. I can't recall ATM whether the 'Memphis Belle' crew had B-10's issued to some of them before going Stateside for their War-Bond tour? I'm going to purchase one of these Aero B-10's in the khaki-twill with rust knits and reddish-blonde mouton, so total authenticity is out-the-window anyhow... I'm kind of thinking the above patch would look killer on the khaki Aero for a 'tribute' B-10 instead of the Morgan A-2 for now though.... :p

Ah, I recognize Miroslav's art! He's the guy I'll most probably work with when I'll decide what patch I want!

Yep, that's the fellow. :) VERY nice quality work, on good leather. I didn't ask him, but the patch actually seems to be incised in places. Again, excellent work. He also did an 8th AF shoulder roundel for me: (Both may end up on the khaki Aero B-10 now instead of my Morgan A-2. ;))

Splendid jacket although you not look like you feel at home in her ...

I‘m myself also like it rather short in jacket length but from my point the length looks perfect

My Aero B-10 just arrived and below are some photos of it fresh out of the box. First impression is "Wow!" because the quality is stunning for the price you pay and this jacket is gorgeous. I am no expert in B10 patterns but it looks authentic enough to me!

Comparison-wise, my Aero B10 is slightly thinner than my Buzz Superior Togs so it will be my go-to winter wear as I get warm easily. Cannot really feel much difference between my Aero and Buzz B10 other than that my Aero jacket is tailored to my size! For the first time I got a repro jacket with sleeves that fit my arms comfortably. The knits are great: sturdy yet authentic looking.

The only tiny issues are that the zipper is a bit dry and that I have to stretch the waist band to zip up but once zipped up I do not feel too big in the jacket at all and movement is great! Anyways, better fit pictures will follow when I get a mirror in my new flat and when the weather is cooler.

In summary: great quality jacket, cost-effective price, five-star customer service, and I can only wholeheartedly recommend Aero's B-10.
@Ken at Aero Leather Thanks a lot and you guys are a great team! Looking forward to the real deal as well!
