Those berry knits on a B-10 look fantastic - thanks for sharing the photos. Bronson also do a 1st pattern tanker, if only they did the 2nd pattern... tempting!

What happens if you have to return it?

My wife bought me some jackets off eBay a few years back, Spearhead Militaria - they were WAAAAY smaller than listed, cost loads of money to return them to China for the refund. Would not do again.

Bronson appears to make good quality, consistent garments. I originally became interested in them when viewing a thread at the 'hat-place' regarding their A-1's. A few members ordered them, and the quality / chart-sizing impressed me when I viewed the pics posted after arrival.

Before my order was shipped, my GF received a message from AL Jeans, asking if the measurements were double-checked against the charts for both jackets. In the event of needing to make a return, I suppose it depends on what the reason for a return is. If one just doesn't like the item, a return to China would probably be necessary. If the description, or sizing differed from the +/- of 1-2cm stated on the charts, compared to the actual measurements, a dispute could be filed with the seller. If the seller is unresponsive, and AliExpress finds in your favor, a whole, or partial refund would be given without needing to ship anything back..

Returns accepted if product not as described, buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the product & agree refund with seller.

EDIT: Thinking about it, I've needed to return jackets overseas to Aero and Wested in the past due to sizing issues.. I of course, was responsible for return shipping costs, despite the fact that I provided correct measurements as instructed when ordering.. Just a necessary evil when ordering from overseas, which should be considered before 'pulling the trigger'...

also ordered a B10 and the 1st pattern tanker and will pick em up in February when I'm back to China - if you order via Tao Bao as far as I experienced the XXL equals size 44 jackets and for 42 chest their XL stuff should be OK

will post some pics also as soon as I get my hands on them

On both jackets I ordered, the sizing charts I posted were pretty much dead-on. The XXL B-10's chest would have been too large for me at 50", and the arms and body length a bit long at 26.38" / 26.57". I wear a 44R, and you can see from my pics how well the XL B-10 fits... EDIT: As I previously posted, the XL B-10 is tagged a size 42...

I talked to aliexpress seller on topic buying jackets and he told me that paypal for him is accetable.
But, his paypal account/domain is in this form [email protected]. Is this @qq.com legit or fraudulent account, anyone?

Any pics of the A1?

Not yet.. I like to grab outdoor / sunlight pics when possible, and it's been too damn cold. I should be able to get one posted soon though. BTW: I was looking at Bronson jackets on a couple of other sites, and the A-1 was listed as 'Vegetable-Tanned'. Good info to know, considering that I may have given the jacket a bath to take some of the 'newness' out of it otherwise, and have had bad-luck with soaking other veg-tanned jackets in the past.. ;)

Can't grab a bright, sunny-day to save my ass lately... Here's an overcast, fast pic, which doesn't really do the A-1 justice, but gives an idea of how it looks:

Looking at the L2B and noticed the wrist knits appear to have seam and are not one piece. Are the knits on your A-1 and B-10 like that?

Good to know, thanks.

Regards,

NP... :) I apologize for not getting my reviews on both Bronsons posted sooner. I've had some ongoing issues lately, but the primary thorn-in-my-side has been cleared-up, and I should be able to concentrate on them soon..

I will say, considering that these are 'budget-friendly' jackets, I am MORE than pleased with the quality, and materials used. From the 100% cotton shell / wool-blend (75% wool-25% polyester) lining, and mouton collar on the B-10, to the VERY nice veg-tanned goatskin of decent thickness of the A-1, they are well-stitched, and a bargain for the $$ IMO... :)
