Best jacket from a repro company

For me, my GW Doniger, even one of the ELC team at Duxford airshow last year asked to inspect it and commented how nice it is! Ironically I only originally bought from JC when he advised against buying an A1 that he thought might be too snug!! I love wearing it as the fit just feels right in every respect and is looking better and better - think I've had it now 4-5 years.
Cheers

That's a beautiful Aero 16160. For my own education, were any of that contract made that dark originally or would that have been the color of a later re-dye?

This is my current and in terms of character favourite A-2, the GW Dubow 20960 has everything going for it design, fit/comfort, details and with this one in particular the grain.

I originally bought this GW from havocpaul(I think?), sold into a friend, pestered him to sell it back to me for about 2 years then finally bought it back much to my glee.

The hide is pretty thick and it still has a 'creak' to it but it's a small trade off for the excellent grain which varies in pattern throughout. I reckon the jacket must be around 5 years old, I'm going on the knits which seem to be the RMNZ knits JC used for a while and this may well have been either a 20960 test or a 'new hide' test.

*edit* After comparing grain pattern and AN stamp I can confirm that this is the seal jkt featured on JC's website.

Fit wise it's what I would consider a traditional cut, not trim, not blousey and pretty much the right length, perfect!

The only thing I'm not so keen on is the repro zipper tape (The slider however is NOS) but I'm expecting to have that changed at some point this year. Everything else, including the knits are bang on the money.

In short, yet another JC masterpeice.

Unless I put on a irreversible huge amount of weight I will never sell this jacket.
